(“Bounti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and shares your personal information on our website, online platforms, and any other websites that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Services”). Our Services are designed for businesses and are not intended for individual consumer, personal or household use. Accordingly, we treat all personal information covered by this Policy, including information about any visitors to our website with the expectation and understanding that such information pertains to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity as consumers. This Policy does not apply to the personal information processed, maintained, or otherwise managed by Bounti solely for the benefit of, on the behalf of, or under the exclusive direction or control of our customers in Bounti’s capacity as a service provider. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information we process on behalf of our business customers. Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
Business contact information. We may collect professional contact details of employees and other individuals associated with our customers, partners, and vendors, such as first and last names, email and mailing addresses, phone number, title and department, and other personal information relevant to the business relationship.
Account information. When you register for our Services, we may collect your first and last name, user name, profile picture, password, and email address.
Communications with Bounti. When you contact us via a contact form, email, help desk, or by any other method, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company, professional title or role, and the contents and nature of your correspondence with us.
In-Platform communication. If you send messages and post comments through our Services, we may collect the personal information you choose to provide us, such as your contact details, any images you choose to upload and the contents and nature of your message.
Marketing data. When you sign up to receive notifications or marketing from us, you may provide us with your name, email address, company and title/role.
